0.6.15 didn't bump the libtool revision

Because there were code changes (a bugfix) in avahi-core 0.6.15 the "revision" value of LIBAVAHI_CORE_VERSION_INFO should have been bumped.

This issue is not that important because in times where people install and upgrade software almost exclusively with a package manager the revision field is mostly useless, nonetheless this issue should be fixed in 0.6.16.

In summary: 0.6.16 should ship with LIBAVAHI_CORE_VERSION_INFO = 4:5:0, even if avahi-core wasn't modified.
