[Patch] Add facility for static hostname aliases (CNAMEs)

Description
A patch is attached for your consideration which provides the enhancement requested in ticket #101. Names listed in <confdir>/aliases are announced as CNAME RRs pointing to the primary host-name.
I'm no Avahi expert but the new code closely follows that for other supported RR-types.
