No "forgot password" link on Trac website

Description

If a registered user forgets his password, there does not appear to be a facility to email the password to the user or to reset it or anything like that in any of the places one would expect this type of link. "Login" immediately requires a password and only gives a generic apache auth-failed message if it's wrong. "Register" only gives "account already exists" if one tries to reregister one's existing username.
