[PATCH] Various FreeBSD enhancements and fixes

I've been running with these patches in the FreeBSD avahi port for a while, and they seem to work pretty well.

I meant to talk more about these patches. The biggie is that kqueue support is now in avahi for monitoring config file changes. This would work on all platforms that support kqueue. The other two patches are build fixes for FreeBSD.

The kqueue patch looks fine to me, I will commit this shortly.

The portability stuff is now commited in r1494.

(In [1495]) Add FreeBSD kqueue support for watching for configuration file changes, much the same way we currently have for Linux with inotify. (Patch supplied by marcus, but autoconf check reversed, re #149)
