avahi should not advertise ssh by default

Description

Using make install will create and add a file /etc/avahi/services/ssh.service, used to advertise ssh by default, even if ssh is not installed.

Therefor, it will send useless informations, and i think this this file should be provided by external package, not by avahi, and so, this file should not be installed by default, but marked as doc.

This file is intended to be an example for those compiling avahi from scratch, so that they get a simple test service working quickly. Distributors are welcome to not install this file at all or move it to the ssh package.

Neither Fedora nor Debian/Ubuntu? install this file by default, and so should Mandriva.
